Payment

For online payments, the total amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order. In case of a possible order cancellation or stock issues, refunds will be processed to your credit card within 15 business days.


Delivery

We strive to dispatch the products you order on the same day. For products that require additional preparation time, the estimated delivery time is 3 business days, as stated in the product details. If there is any expected delay in the delivery, you will be notified accordingly.

To ensure smooth product delivery, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as the delivery address.

Your orders will be processed based on the delivery method you select at checkout. Products are shipped via a courier company from our Florida-Based Company. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the courier company within a maximum of 10 business days.

You can contact our customer service representative to discuss different delivery options. Additionally, shipping is only available within Turkey.


Payment Tracking

If the system encounters an issue preventing the transaction, the visitor is informed at the end of the payment process.

If there is an error in the provided address and the delivery cannot be completed, the customer will be contacted regarding their order.

An automated confirmation email is sent to verify the validity of the email address provided by the visitor after the order is placed.

We are responsible not only to our customers but also to the bank whose credit card system we use to ensure successful delivery.


Please Pay Attention!

If you believe the package was damaged during shipping, please open and inspect it in the presence of the delivery personnel.

  • If you notice any damage to the product, request the courier to prepare a damage report and do not accept the delivery.
  • Once the product has been received, it is considered that the courier service has fulfilled its duties properly.

If the product is damaged:
Send the prepared damage report to info@minics.store as soon as possible.

Once you complete these steps, we will initiate the necessary procedures and ensure that the delivery is reprocessed as soon as possible.

If possible, please include a brief explanation of why you are returning the product in your email. This will help us improve our service and resolve the issue more efficiently.
